 Owner
and principal designer, Susan Lipkin, comes to
House Warming Redesign with twenty-five years
experience, talent and passion for decoration and
design. Susan has owned and operated a successful
design/decor studio in the NY/NJ Metropolitan area,
renovated and restored numerous houses in both NJ
and Fl., and was a designer and visual merchandiser
for major furniture stores in Florida.
Earlier in her career, Susan worked for a
Broadway costume house in NYC. She assisted costume
designers by searching the city...selecting fabrics,
beads, buttons and trims.
Susan's education includes a BS (Theatre)
Emerson College, Boston, Ma. as well as studies in
fine art and design
Ms.
Lipkin's passion for decorating/design has led
her to become a certified interior redesigner and a
certified interior staging specialist. Susan is a
member of the
Interior
Design Society (IDS) and a member of
Interior Redesign Industry Specialists (I.R.I.S.),
the premiere organization in interior redesign and
real estate staging which has been featured on HGTV,
the TODAY show, and OPRAH.
